Alex Koutroubas, Government Affairs Director for NHARCH, just received the following email communication from DHHS Interim Commissioner Lori Weaver announcing plans for an initial rate increase for Medicaid Providers.   Below the text of the message is a link to the letter referenced in the email which explains the first planned increase and the process involved with more to come.  They are sending an email blast out via the NH MMIS provider portal.
