New Care Assessment for Residential Services (CARES) Tool Available for Immediate Use!

On Friday, April 15, 2022,  the Bureau sent us the latest version of the CARES Tool which has been approved by the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (JLCAR).   The Bureau of Health Facilities Administration/Licensing will be emailing all license holders a copy of the certified tool document shortly.
