NHARCH and 805 providers should have already received an email from DHHS-HFA-Licensing containing a link to the current draft He-P 805 rules with revisions noted on the draft. Click on the black lines on the left-hand column which should turn on or open up all revisions which will appear in read.
Here is the email as sent out:
Dear Provider,
The Bureau of Licensing and Certification is in the process of readopting the administrative rules that apply to Supported Residential Health Care Facilities. We have identified your organization as a group with a substantial interest in the subject matter of the proposed rules, and therefore we are encouraging your participation in an informal opportunity to review the draft rules before the formal rulemaking process begins. Click the link below to review the draft rules.
He-P 805 working draft 9.2.22 revsions from SFMO
While we encourage and appreciate your comments, it is important to note that we may not be able to incorporate your recommendations in all cases. This may be due to suggestions that are:
- Beyond the authority of the agency;
- Contrary to the intent of the legislature;
- Not in the public interest; or
- Likely to cause a substantial economic impact.
Please submit your suggestions and comments by the close of business September 16, 2022. If you cannot comment by that date but still wish to do so, you will have the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments when the formal rulemaking process begins. The schedule of formal rulemaking activity is available at the New Hampshire Rulemaking Register: http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rules/
Thank you!
